The code enables anyone who scans the code to access and view photos and videos of me naked that are part of the public domain and which equally belong to everyone.

I have no actual right to inhibit anyone from viewing or obtaining any of the photos and videos, and no right to block, restrict, or limit anyone from having free and full access to them or anything else that’s part of the public domain. Even the appearance that this is occurring could be considered to be a violation of others rights to access and view those photos and videos.

The presence of a sticker with the code on it avoids this, both in reality and in appearance. It does mean that others near enough to my vehicle to scan the code, and others locally will very likely see me naked due to it, but it cannot be ignored that they do and always will have the right to see the public domain photos and videos of me naked.

The size of the sticker with the code is four inches square or just over ten centimeters square, and is located on the rear-side window on the drivers side of the car (small SUV).

One of the conditions that I realize has go along with the code being there is that it has to remain there at all times. Another is that whenever I park in any parking lot, the window with the code must not be obstructed by anything, and that I am always to park as near as possible to the store or business that the lot serves. In other words I cannot park in an out of the way place just to avoid the possibility of someone scanning the code.

That last condition is more or less unnecessary though, since even if I did park a good distance away from busy places and walked from there, it wouldn’t last very long. I know that within a short time I would grow tired of the longer walks both to and from my vehicle, especially when carrying a large or heavy load or when the weather was less than ideal.

The addition of the code on my vehicle is a recent development, so I’m far from being accustomed to its presence, even if I am resigned to the fact that it’s there and has to stay there. At times while driving or parked in a public place I can scarcely believe that the code is right there to be scanned by anyone who has the means to scan it.

While shopping or inside somewhere for a period of time, I do tend to forget that the code is right outside on my vehicle. Once I approach my vehicle again and see the sticker with the code, I’m instantly reminded of it though. It’s then that I begin to wonder if anyone scanned the code in my absence, and I wonder if someone may have scanned it and are now seeing me out there while they are looking at photos or videos of me on their phone.

I end such thoughts by telling myself that nobody noticed the code being there, and even if they did, they didn’t bother to scan it. I still know that I could easily be lying to myself, but it works for now.

Since I currently live in a condominium complex, and I park in a parking lot that’s shared by all residents, neighbors and their guests could be the most likely ones to scan the code and to see me naked. It’s definitely possible that at least one neighbor has already done this, even though it’s mostly speculation on my part at this time.

Overall, none of that changes the fact that anyone who views the Dropbox has the full right to view it and eveything it contains. It also doesn’t change the fact that nothing in the Dropbox is actually mine. The photos and videos are only “of” me, but in reality they belong entirely to the public.

There’s almost no doubt at all that people are going to end up seeing me naked after they scan the code. This can happen at any moment and also over time. So I know it’s going to happen, but at the same time I know that everyone absolutely has that right, and I know all that they see of me naked does actually belong to them.

For anyone who might be curious if the code is there or how it appears, here are a couple photos of it.

The code in the photos will not scan, but it definitely does scan when scanned directly. It scanned several times just while photos of it were being taken, and also from further away than expected.

As the photos show, the code is readily available for scanning, and I realize that it’s where to has to be and where it has to stay.

That’s due to the fact that every single photo, video, and GIF depicting me naked has been licensed under a Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication (CC0). All original rights related to those images and videos have been waived and forfeited to the fullest extent possible under copyright law. There were multiple reasons for this dedication to have occurred, with the primary reasons being to enable their free public use, and to ensure that I have no rights in relation to how they are utilized, shared, or displayed. This dedication is permanent and irreversible, and can never be legally revoked.

Under this dedication, all persons, groups, organizations, websites, and other entities have free and absolute usage rights for these images and videos without limits or restrictions of any kind, and without permissions or acknowledgements being necessary.

Photos and videos of me naked can be displayed in any possible manner, for any possible reason or purpose, in any possible location, even when I am identified by full name as part of the display. The photos and videos of me naked can be made available for further sharing or downloading, since they are in fact public property.

By law I cannot infringe on the rights of all others to utilize these photos and videos. I have no right to conceal them from anyone’s view, no right to attempt to limit anyone’s right to see them, to possess copies of them, or to share or display them in any way.

I willingly participated in the act of the photos and videos being taken and created with the knowledge that they would be seen by others, so they do exist for the specific purpose of being widely viewed. The Public Domain Dedication simple removes all limits on who can view them or how they are used. It also removes all possibility of their use or display being able to be considered as or labeled as “revenge porn”. Any such claim is nullified by the fact that every photo and video depicting me naked has a legal copyright of Public Domain.

People who know me personally may be surprised to see me completely naked in photos and videos, although some have already either seen some of them or are at least aware of their existence. But they have at least as much right to access and view photos and videos of me naked as anyone else does, if not even more right due to the simple fact that they do know me.

For a good period of time there was an attempt by me to limit, restrict, or even to prevent those who know me from discovering or viewing my online exposure even while it was freely available to others worldwide. This was obviously wrong and possibly even deceptive at times, and it can now only be corrected through my exposure being made readily available to view by anyone who knows me as well as to the rest of the world.

Any embarrassment or humiliation this might cause me is entirely irrelevant to the fact that everyone everywhere has an equal right to view me naked and to possess or freely use and depiction of me naked. The Public Domain Declaration for all photos and videos of me naked legally ensures that right to all others, regardless of who they are.

It’s true that not everyone would want to see me naked or have any curiosity about seeing me naked, but the right to see me naked must always be there for absolutely everyone.

So if you’re someone who knows me or knew me personally, I hope you will accept my apology for any attempt by me to keep or conceal my online exposure naked from you. Please take some time to view all that there is to see of me online naked.

Duplicate Dropbox now available

 

It has been brought to my attention that the original Dropbox “David Steckel Naked” is unavailable at times.

After checking on why that might be, the reason provided was that the current link was leading to a lot of downloads in a day and was being blocked by Dropbox.

So a new link was created for the original Dropbox, which appears to remain functional.

But to better ensure that the contents of the Dropbox remain as available as possible for others to access or download for their own uses or interests, an exact duplicate Dropbox was also created.

It’s not clear what level of download activity leads to being labeled as suspicious, or why there is such a level in the first place. It can only be assumed that the level of downloading must have been significant in some way.

It’s possible that as more others become aware that everything contained in the Dropbox is actually licensed under a Public Domain Dedication (CC0) that can never be revoked, and that it’s free use is protected under copyright law, that this is being made use of to a greater extent.

I have seen no evidence of this yet aside from the reason offered by Dropbox. Even if I do see some evidence or some use by others of anything of me naked, I have no right or recourse to do or say anything about it by law. In a real way, it is actually not legal for me to attempt to limit or prevent the use or display of anything depicting me naked, regardless of how that use or display occurs. But I know not to infringe on anyone’s rights and not to even try to interfere with such uses or displays of me naked. It’s much easier and much better to accept it as it is, and to ensure that nothing I do obstructs anyone’s access to or use of anything of me naked.

So one additional means for others to see and obtain what they have the legal right to see or obtain is for them to be able to scan a code to do so.

Posts on both pages will also inform or remind to click on the “Watch Now” button on the Exposed Exhibitionist page, which will link to a specific video of me naked from the first day of each month to the last day when a different video will be linked to. This is to better ensure that Facebook friends, those who know me, and other visitors will view the video of me naked that is linked to the button at the current time, and to remind them to return each month to view the next video of me naked.

Since all videos of me naked are also Public Domain, others have the legal right to see them and to obtain them if desired.

Am I sufficiently exposed to those around me?

 One of the things that most who contact me are curious about relates to whether people around me and who know me personally have viewed my online naked exposure, and if so, how did they react or respond?

In the earlier days of my online exposure, some care was taken to limit the chances that anyone who knew me would come across or view me naked on the internet. When asked by anyone whether those around me had seen my exposure, the response was generally no or at least probably not. Quite a few others who asked and were told this were noticeably disappointed and even displeased by this fact. In a few cases, I was even given what would best be called a reprimand for being so openly exposed to countless people online, while practicing an ongoing "deception" on those who knew me. 

In effect I was told several times by different people that an exhibitionist cannot pick and choose an audience, and that my online exposure needed to be equally available to both known and unknown people alike. Still others stated that my exposure needed be presented to an even greater extent to those around me than it was to strangers, since those who knew me had the right to see the full and true depiction of me. The word "deception" was not always used, but the definition and the description was basically the same.

An effort was made to ensure that my real full name was always somehow included with any online exposure of me. This would clearly make it easier for those who knew me to discover and view my exposure online. Although some others did see this as a positive step, it was still deemed by some to be not enough.

Of course I knew all of the was true and correct, but just to be sure, a poll was created asking whether my exposure did need to be readily available for those who know me to see. The end result of that poll was more than clear. A majority of more than 17 to 1 stated that those who knew me did need to be able to easily find and view the online photos and videos of me naked. 

At that point I did resign myself to the fact that my online exposure did have to be easily available, if not even presented to those who knew me personally. It seemed pretty sure that some who knew me had already found and viewed my exposure, but that "some" would now become "many". 

The first step towards this was for a page on Facebook to be created that would inform others who knew me, as well as others, about my online exposure, and as much as permitted there, to potentially direct people who know me towards finding and seeing it.

Also, most Facebook friends have been invited directly to the Exposure page using an invite option on that page. Not many have responded to the invite, but some clearly did since they gave the page a "like". It's fair to assume that many more visited the page and viewed what's there but without interacting with it in any way that's visible. 

 

Edit: This Facebook page prominently displays a blue "Watch Now" button that always links to a video of me naked where I will be seen performing some act. A specific video will be linked to the button for approximately 30 days in order for enough time to be provided for others to view the video. On or around the 1st day of each month, a different video of me naked will be "featured" through the button. This cycle will repeat for as long as the page exists.

Posts will occasionally be made on the page itself, as well as on my personal Facebook page that inform others of the button and direct them towards finding and clicking the button, where they can then watch the current video. All Facebook friends who have notifications enabled will be notified automatically about each post, and the posts will be visible to any and all other viewers of either Facebook page.

On other sites, such as https://www.quora.com/ when a friend or known person is found there, they will be followed by me so that they will become aware of my profile page there. My profile information there contains information that will allow them to find and view my online exposure.

It's realistic that not everyone who knows me personally would have an interest to see me naked online or have a desire to see me naked, but it does seem that they have every right to be aware of my exposure and to view it to whatever extent they might want to. 

Regardless of whether I might not want to be seen naked by any specific person who knows me, there really isn't any way to justify being seen naked by thousands of others while not also being seen naked by people who know me. To be truly exposed publicly and in the public domain, it does seem to require also being seen naked by everyone around me and to people who know me in any way.

The posting of these links was one part of a punishment handed down to me by the holder of my exposure contract for several violations of the contract by me.

The links allow friends and visitors to my Facebook page to have an opportunity to see me naked online. Being seen naked by people who know me is really the actual punishment, and the links are a way for that to happen.

Rather than the punishment just being implemented outright, the holder of my contract decided that a poll would be created to allow others to have the final say about whether or not I would have to serve my punishment.

A few votes were cast for other options, but they amount to almost nothing compared to the number of votes requiring the links to be permanent, which basically insures that I will be seen naked by Facebook friends and visitors who happen to click any of the links.

It's keeps getting more clear that most voters feel that my punishment must be served, which not only will result in me being seen naked by people who know me personally.It's already known to have happened once already.

Because it's me who is being exposed, my thoughts or opinions are obviously biased in my favor. Voters are much more impartial, and so many of them can't really be wrong. I basically have to accept the fact that they must be right, and that I do deserve what the majority of votes are requiring.

I have basically resigned myself to serving out my punishment and being seen naked by people who know me, because it's all I really can do. It does seem sure to humiliate me at least a little bit at some point, but that's clearly just another aspect of my punishment.

As I've been reminded, I did violate my contract, and I am now paying for it. I know I will continue to pay for it as time passes and more people who know me see me naked online. I also know there is no way to avoid that.

The choice of the voters is all too clear and is undeniable.

Voting has slowed down after a month, but more votes continue to be for requiring the links to remain posted permanently. This only reinforces the fact that my punishment will be ongoing, possibly until every last Facebook friend has seen me naked.

I surely will be taking my exposure contract more seriously, but I know that doesn't have any effect on what has already occurred.

I've been reminded again that the poll will remain open so that votes can continuously be cast, but as stated already, votes for the links to be permanent only continue to increase. It's nearly certain that from now on, I will be one click of a link away from being seen naked by people who know me.

I've been told that additional links can or may be added if it is assessed to be necessary or deserved by me, but so far the existing links seem to be sufficient.

I tend to visit my Facebook page less often now, since it's hard not to see the links so available there. It tends to remind me of how I didn't take my contract as seriously as I should have, and how I now have to pay for it through being seen naked by those who know me.

Lastly, the holder of my exposure contract thought it best that I state outright that I accept my punishment and that I will not attempt to limit or resist the verdict that voters have decreed through their votes. After several attempts at a satisfactory statement, the following statement was finally approved for posting by the holder of my contract.

"I, David E. Steckel, hereby accept my punishment of being exposed naked to Facebook friends and to all who visit my Facebook page. I accept the will of voters in the related poll, and I swear that I will do nothing whatsoever that might affect the fulfillment of my punishment. Due to multiple violations of my exposure contract, I have necessitated this punishment, making me alone responsible for its implementation and for all that may result from its implementation.

I would like to thank all who voted in the poll who understand that this punishment is necessary, and who expressed so through voting for it to be carried out in full."

Another penal-ty for David Steckel

 It came sooner than expected, but my penalty for the most recent contract breach by me has been issued. I now have a specified amount of time for the penalty to be served by me.

There are a few parts to my penalty. The first part was me being sent the names of three people who I know personally, and are also friends with on Facebook. I was told that I had to choose one of the three to see my exposure online. If I didn't choose then those three and several others I know would be contacted and informed of how to best see my exposure.

After a lot of consideration and hesitation, I finally chose one of the three people from the list. The choice is a female friend in her thirties who was chosen partly because she seems most likely to find my exposure funny or hilarious, and very unlikely to be offended by it. She will surely laugh at me and possibly mock or ridicule me, and probably show my exposure to some of her close friends and her mother, who I also know personally.

This friend once saw me in the shower naked, but only briefly before she left the room. Her mother said that she would have stayed there and looked at me, since she'd like to "see that", meaning what her daughter saw of me and more. Once she shows my exposure to her mother, some lewd comments from the mother to me about it is probable. 

The way she has to see or discover my exposure is that she has to receive the Dropbox link by email, and have access to my full exposure. Sending her the link would not be easy to do, but I'm sure I could do it if that was what was required. 

The last part of my penalty might just be the most difficult part. Someone I know or someone I've asked has to be who sends her the link, so that she won't know if I know that she has seen my exposure. I'm not supposed to contact her at all unless she contacts me after seeing my exposure. 

There's not anyone around who I can ask to send the link to her, but I have to find someone to send it before the allotted time runs out. This requirement does make it harder and adds some humiliation by needing someone else to send the link, but she is going to receive the link anyway at some point from someone. This is the only way to limit my exposure for now to just her and whoever she shows it to.

Her email has been given to me, which I did manage to find out that it is really her email address. For privacy purposes, it cannot be shown publicly, but it will be provided to anyone who can do the favor of sending her the Dropbox link, even if it's more than once. 

It's not clear how it will be confirmed that she has received the Dropbox link, but the contract holder has shown an ability to find or know of things that still stun me, like finding this female's email address when I never knew what it was before now. 

I admit that I am a bit desperate at this point to serve my penalty as accurately and completely as possible, since I've already received a few penalties so far and I want to try to avoid more. 

I do know this will humiliate me to her and all who she shows me to, but I accept that as a consequence of me deleting a photo that showed me naked and thinking I'd gotten away with it.

Already another penalty. What is happening?

 I've been informed by the holder of my exposure contract that more photos of me naked have shown up that aren't already included in the other public photos of me naked. I was sent a copy of the photos along with being told that I am to receive another penalty for another contract breach by me. From what I understand, one or more people used the email address to send the photos that was to be used to report me if links to the Dropbox of photos and videos of me naked, and a link to my Twitter page were not on my Facebook profile, set to public viewing, and working like the should. 

I don't know who sent them to the contract holder or where they came from, but they are definitely photos of me naked. One is clearly some faceless guy jerking off to a video of me naked putting a marker in my ass. Another one is a photo similar to what is shown on the computer screen in the first photo, and it looks like it ws clipped from the same video by someone. 

The third photo though, is one I know all about. It was taken on a cool day while I had socks on due to cold feet. It wasn't a good photo and it was taken by someone as I was reading a text on my phone. When I was required to submit every photo of me to the public domain, the photo seemed to poor to bother keeping, and I deleted what I thought was the only copy. Obviously I was wrong since the photo has reappeared. What makes it worse now is the fact that I was just penalized for other photos of me naked that suddenly appeared, and I just recently swore to the contract holder that there were no more non-public photos of me naked. 

I'm still learning to live with my last penalty of requiring the Twitter and Dropbox links permanently displayed in the contact info about me on my Facebook page, even if I mostly believe that it might go unnoticed by most who might visit the page. 

All that is required this time so far is that I am to accept any and all friend requests on Facebook, and that the posting settings there allow all friends to post on my timeline. The settings were already set that way, so really all I have to do is to accept every friend request I receive from now on. I am not to contact any new, unknown friends unless I am contacted by them first. I don't know if the intent is to make sure some new friend that I don't have yet can post something on my timeline that will expose or humiliate me to everyone I know on Facebook and beyond, or if it's just to cause my mind to run wild from the possibilities. I was told the rest of my penalty will be decided soon and that I was not to reply or contact the contact holder in the meantime.

If it was just the other two photos, I would feel I was being penalized for photos that were created from something of me that was already public domain, but the one of me with socks on is something I have no defense for. I admit that when I thought I had deleted the only copy, I thought it would never matter. I really should have just submitted it along with the rest of what was submitted. Now it's a public photo anyway and I'm due to receive a penalty because of it.

The contact holder controls the Dropbox and is the only one who can log into it. My access to it is the same as everyone else's, which I am told is to make sure that I can't affect anything in the Dropbox. By the time I received a copy of the photos from the contract holder, the photos were all already added to the Dropbox. I saw that they were titled in way that put all three of them right near the top of the page there, which I can only assume is to make sure every visitor to the Dropbox sees those photos right away.

All others are entitled to be aware that all body privacy for David Steckel has been permanently removed/revoked, meaning it does not exist and will remain so. The exposure of David Steckel naked will entertain or amuse some, which is only proper and fitting. Because this exposure requires the awareness of, and viewing by all others possible, to and beyond any degree that will humiliate the exposed, and allow others to recognize the exposed (David Steckel) upon sight, the extent of this exposure must be as widespread ad possible.
